Consciousness raising on different existing bad practices of the society, poverty alleviation through leadership capacity building of poor peoples, self-reliance by skill development, child development, organic practices in agriculture production, human rights support to handicapped, widow and indigent old people, health care, Climate change and disaster preparedness for environment development.

v Encourage to income generation activities for self-reliance of deprived, helpless and marginalized communities people.
v Education and human rights support to marginalized, venerable children’s,handicapped,widows and indigent old peoples for mainstreaming with the larger society.
v Raising social peach and youth leadership for future world.
v Primary health care, treatment, HIV/AIDS prevention and water sanitation coverage of the community.
v Promotion of human rights for vulnerable, underprivileged and oppressed people.

There are 21 honorable members have involved in general board from different type of profession of the communities. They have been participating cordially in monthly general board meeting and provide opinion for making decision and preparing appropriate plan and helping to implement activities.
Executive board :
Organization formed a executive community with 7 members through general board members. Chairman is the main personnel of executive committee,Vice chairman, general secretary,treasurer, organizing secretary and 2 selected person are responsible of the committee. General secretary is responsible of Executive Director of the organization. General board and executive committee members elected after every three years.

- Preside executive committee meeting, annual general meeting, seminar and workshop.
- Approve different project plan, budget, supervise and monitor all kinds of running activities.
- Control and direction.
- Decision making in emergency time.
- Necessary communication to related authorities.
Roles and responsibilities of Executive Director :
- He is the Executive director of organization by the decision of executive committee.
- Arrange all kinds of meeting by the concern of chairman.
- He is responsible of central and sub office and maintain all kinds of assets of organization.
- Prepare plan, project proposal, communicate to donors, government and take necessary action for getting funds.

- Approve project budget , bill, voucher and take necessary action to provide salary to staffs.
